What Can a Happy Person Give?

Prof. Ed. 4.                                                                                                                     The Elements & Components of Curriculum.

Needless to ask if you're happy ... yes, the fact that you have this opportunity,
I SUPPOSE, YOU ARE HAPPY!
well, i really hope you are :)

and so, since I am making a positive presumption,
How many % happy are you? -- as in, are you 99.9% happy?, 80%? 45%? -- your call!
What is your level of happiness?
...and of course, why did you say so?

and since you have no more choice than gauge your intensity,
let me moreso amplify ...
What are some reasons for you to be happy?

Hmmmm...so, how's your list? Are your grounds vivid?
Do you really mean "saying so", or you're just striving to "trick yourself" of such a requirement?

Well, it really happens.
Sometimes, we just can't find enough motivation to find a spot for such an emotion deep within us. But sometimes too, we need to look around and find some amount of motivation.

Try to watch this video ... see if you could settle on a more proper frame of mind to eventually identify HOW MUCH YOU CAN GIVE ... just because you're HAPPY!

Inspired by this, shall you have all the opportunity to CRAFT a Curriculum for the young generation, what then would you be willing to GIVE?

Bring it down, layout your plan with your CO-STAKEHOLDERS "to be"!

Note:
Students are expected to brainstorm within their group on HOW THEY WOULD WANT THEIR "OWN SCHOOL TO BE". What, among the Elements & Components of Curriculum would they consciously & unconsciously include?

It takes a happy heart to build a well-founded school

for our future generation.

There is a popular quote that says "We cannot give what we don't have" So as for future teachers like us, we should first have that passion in imparting and sharing knowledge. At the same time, as we are to influence the lives of our future students, for they would look up on us as their model, should be a good influence in motivating them for their studies. We need to bring out the best in them for them to achieve success.
In relation to happiness, being able to see our students finish their studies, achieve their dreams, build their future and of course to be on the place where they want to be, will of course bring joy and happiness to us. We know we are a part of their success. In our professional aspect as teacher, we surely would feel a great happiness when this situation happens!!!! God bless us all!

“Happiness is not a destination it’s a way”
A way for so many things in life. I can say that im 100% happy, but I admit sometimes
It decreases because of the precipitating factors that lead to unhappiness.
My top 5 reason to be 100% happy.
1.I have God with me, bless and guide me all the time.
2.I have a happy family
3.I am healthy
4.I have my friends with me.
5.I have work and career in school
These are just few to mention that I should be happy about.
When i am happy, everything is clear to me. Ang gaan gaan ng araw ko.
Smile na nakakahawa sa iba. And this happiness ay gusto kong madala hangang sa ako ay
Maging teacher na. because I believe that if we are happy ang swerte dumarating ng marami.

During the discussion ng level of happiness.. I answered 90%.. something came up that time.. but God remains me not to focus on the situation that will surely hinders me. He reminded me on His word from Psalms 37:4.. seek your happiness to the Lord and He will gives you the desires of your heart.. Iwanan lahat sa nakaraan! that's it. Now.. the reasons why I can find joy despite of everything is that I have JESUS in my life. If JESUS is everything that you have, you have everything that you need. =)

Happiness is a feelings in a short period of time, It is a mood of a person whether he/she happy or sad. Most of the time I'm happy because God is always there to guide me and give the right direction to attain my desires and goals in my life. Happiness is not a reason of feeling happy but the good things happen to you because of what God's want to experience in your life in this world

Happiness is within YOU. you cannot define happiness if you yourself dont experience it. There are many things that can make a person happy, but the true happiness in life is when you get contented on what you have. As saying says " money cant buy happiness".

You may have all the luxuries in life, but still you feel empty when you dont have JESUS in your life. Having Him, in our life makes us free from WORRIES, and always have hope and at peace. And you will be contented in life, coz you know that He is with us, He will not leave us, nor forsake us. So, whatever circumstances that may arise, we are secure that He is faithful in His promises. This is when we feel not only happiness but JOY.

happiness is depend on what kind of person you our, a person that is satisfied to all the blessing that they have without looking for the negative side of their life is 100 percent happy. The reduction of this happiness is the side that we all don't want to accept the negative side of our personality , it's the things that we think that we our OK but deep inside ourselves there are pitch of regrets or failure that we cannot take. For me happiness is ACCEPTANCE and SELF SATISFACTION , just give thanks to the lord for all the blessing we receive and dedicate your life to him it is the ultimate happiness that we can feel to ourselves.

There are many things that can make you happy like being with family, living in harmony with everybody, especially with husband and children. Money cant buy happiness. Happiness that bought is not real.Happiness is an undefined feelings, having all the luxurious, expensive things in life is not the measurement of true happiness. There are things that make us happy, but then suddenly disappear and we tend to be lonely. We are longing for the things that we know is impossible, that's why if we didn't get those things we are not happy.

Happiness for me is seeing your love ones happy, One that makes me happy is my family, my husband and daughter. Being mother is hard you have to struggle different trials in life, trial that makes husband and wife a better person. I'm glad we surpass those trials. I know that there are more to come, but we strong for those trials. To see my daughter in her achievement in life being top in her class is what makes me happy. I'm happy and proud of my husband because he is really a loving and responsible partner to me. He is a good example of a father to our daughter. I'm happy for myself because i know my dreams will come true once i finished this TCP, and that is to be a good teacher.
" ang tunay na kaligayahan ay nararamdaman ng ating puso at hindi pinipilit". Just don't forget our loving God always...

Happiness for me is being at peace with yourself and with God..if this is achieved then everything will fall in their proper place. Because no matter how hard people try to do things that will make them happy, it is utterly useless. I experienced being with the person that I love and expect that he will be my source of happiness but there are times that he failed me. I went to church and really cried out to the Lord all the pains and loneliness that I felt and that is where I find true happiness. When we receive God's happiness in our lives, we can give that to others too. And even if I don't have what I want materially in this lifetime, I'm still happy and complete knowing that God loves me no matter what, He gave my children to love and care for and my husband who is always there for me....as what the bible says " Though we deny Him, yet He abideth faithfully, He can never deny Himself". That is where I want to end this note....

So if it isn’t ‘stuff’ that achieves happiness, then what can? Well, goals can. People need to have a sense of purpose. But people that have a sense of purpose in their life often have a feeling of satisfaction about them. They sense they were put on this planet for a reason. To each person, this purpose can be different. Maybe they were meant to teach. Maybe they were meant to mother. Maybe they were meant to learn. And goals can be small things, like taking an extra moment each day to breathe. But having progress in life, a feeling of forward motion, can make people feel happy.Comedians, compared to any other profession, live the longest because they understand that laughter adds the spice to life, and makes daily progress worth the minor tribulations.
So people can be happy if they have something to strive for and something to laugh about. But is that it? Can people with goals and a sense of humor still be unhappy? Well, yes. After all, the final key to happiness is the decision to actually be happy. Human nature can see negative energy anywhere. People can fixate on problems instead of solutions. So at the end of the day, “happiness depends upon ourselves.” (Aristotle). As Lincoln said, “Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be.”
Being happy with who you are and what you have, is a decision that has to be consciously made. Goals can help lead to happiness. Finding laughter in life is important. But at the end of the day, a person needs to make a choice about happiness. They need to agree they want it, deserve it, and have it.

I just read this article from the net...and I agreed most of the statement.
But one thing is... "most people find difficult to be happy in times of troubles." When we feel satisfied, we have good things in life, we have harmonious family life and have succeeded there's always a reason to be happy. But how about in times of troubles and difficulties? I remember Apostle Paul in his epistles" he said that "I rejoice in my sufferings"! What a pattern we have... I wish to be like this man.But the only thing we can be like this is that we have GOD in us, we enjoy his presence always. We abide in Him and He abide in us...this whats make me happy..

Happy means delighted, pleased, glad, or you may be happy to see a person. I suppose my happiness comes from my wife. She is always there whether in sadness or happiness. My level of happiness is very high especially with the new achievements and new found personal things. Some reasons of happiness are my family and wife who support me all the time. So these experiences are what I can share to my students especially to those who are lonely and sad. And I'm willing to teach them the importance of education through the curriculum that we developed. Our curriculum doesn’t only cover academics but also values and health with new strategies and techniques for the better way of solving the academic problems and instilling good manners and right conduct to our students.

At first, undeniably, I was not 100% sure how happy I was the moment we were asked to answer few questions given. Sometimes, there are unpleasant situations that made you think that life treats you unkindly. It may be the condition of your body or just because your love ones are unhappy. For me, happiness is your personal will to create such emotion despite of all trials and obstackles in life. Trying to be poitive at all times is an endless battle - a quest and a hard work. Who wouldn't want a quality life, contentment and security? We may attain the highest form of self-esteem if we work for it.

If I am not 100% happy, at least I am still happy. The Lord never ceases to give me hope and courage to fill in the missing portion. He gave me a family who never left me no matter what. Friends who always believe in me, they are the constant reminder of my happiness. And, of course, to my pets who gave me comfort and joy each day. ;-)

I am also happy and thankful to my TCP class, my teacher most esp. This program helped me expand my horizon and cross my limit also meet good friends.

Happiness is contagious! Oftentimes, we unconsciously serve as magnets of our emotions and feelings. And many times, we choose to be happy because a lot of people needs our smile and inspiration to attract positivity in life.

When given the question about the percentage of happiness, it is really so hard to answer a 100% happiness, but we can always rate our feelings on our own scales, if not 100% happiness still it is a good to know that we in ourselves are happy despite the imperfections of life. The feeling is more extreme when realizing that we always strive to be happy because we always have the option.

As future teachers, this happiness will always reflect in our actions. How we see ourselves will always radiate to others so it is the best choice to strive to be a BLESSING to others, to bring happiness to others through inspiration and encouragement even in the simplest way that we can. Our students or anyone will always look-up for anything that we can give that is deeply rooted inside. So, let's all strive to be a MAGNET of HAPPINESS.

Life is crazy,
and totally unpredictable...
It's going to push you over,
kick you while you're down
and hit you when you try to get back up.
Not everything can beat you.
Things are going to change you,
But you get to choose which ones you let change you.
Listen to your heart,
Follow your dreams,
And let no one tell you what you're capable of.
Push the limits,
Bend the rules,
And enjoy every minute of it.
Laugh at everything,
Live for as long as you can.
Love all,
But trust none.
Believe in yourself,
And never lose faith in others
Settle for nothing but only the best,
And give 110% in everything you do.
Take risks,
Live on the edge,
Yet stay safe,
And cherish every moment of it.
Life is a gift,
Appreciate all the rewards,
And jump on every opportunity.
Not everyone's going to love you
But who needs them anyways.
Challenge everything,
And fight for what you believe.
Back down to nothing,
But give in to the little things in life,
After all, that is what makes you.
Forget the unnecessary,
But remember everything,
Bring it with you everywhere you go.
Learn something new,
And appreciate criticism.
Hate nothing,
But dislike what you want.
Never forget where you came from,
And always remember where you are going.
Live Life to its fullest,
And have a reason for everything,
Even if it's totally insane.
Find Your purpose in life,
and Live it!

True happiness is not made in getting something, true happiness is becoming something. Although there are trials that I have been encountered in life, but I try my very best to overcome all of those adversity. I consider it as a blessings in life because it helps me to become more humble enough. It makes me strong and have that positive outlook in life.
Joy brings out the best in you. It naturally brings out your generosity and creativity. Your genius comes forth and you have the energy to apply it. If you are happy, you can be a good example to everyone. Caring for others is an inevitable part of enlivening yourself. It is your deposit of aliveness into the collective experience of life. You can also give inspiration to someone who are in need of advice.
Your happiness is a gift that sends a ripple of joy endlessly out. Your life is what you have to offer; when your life is full and vibrant, you give that energy to every people around you. When you feel alive and happy you want that for everyone else and you begin to see how other people’s happiness will add to your own.
You begin to approach conflict with the goal of enlivening everyone involved. Even conflict on a global level would be resolved in this way if we were all oriented toward our own happiness.

From the moment you asked us what are the levels of our happiness I am proudly say “YES, I’m in my 100% level of happiness”.
WHY??
-I have my peace of mind because I have GOD who’s guiding me all the time.
-I have my Husband the source of my strength, my partner in life and giving me smile every day I wake up.
-My family as my inspiration to achieve more.
-I have my relatives, friends, co-workers and people around me that keep on believing in my strength and weaknesses.
My happiness is not necessarily I have everything even if I’ll make 1k bucket list, it’s just I’ll make the best of everything that I have.
BE HAPPY AND SMILE….

I’m happy 100% for I’m having all that I wish to have. Though not really as planned at least it is the same as my targeted goal. Example of these is the kind of job I have now it is not the exact job that I want but at least I do have a job and it’s the one reason for me to target the other plans that I wish to attain. Let just say that I have a sweet taste of everything and that for me is 100% happiness.

Back in the day when we were asked that question, I knew I'll never be able to answer to the 100% level. One reason is that I'm not a morning person, and since that was quite still an early class activity, I was still very sleepy. But to the expertise of our professor, she was able to enlighten us, me included, that happiness is a choice. Then I realized that no matter what happens, I should remain happy due to many reasons.

On my top reason is because I am still alive. I am thankful to God for giving me this life that I can share with others. No matter what trials I encounter, I should have a positive outlook that since I'm given this privilege to still live on earth, I should be moving forward and face everything with a smile on my face. More than the happiness, I think we should keep joy in our hearts. This is something that has a deeper sense.

For me, happiness is a choice. Everyone can be happy in any ways.

To ensure my happiness, I give my heart in everything I do and I don’t compare myself to anyone else. I do not need to be better than anyone else but I never stop trying to bring out the best in me. It is also better for me stick around with positive people but it doesn’t mean that I will isolate myself from other people but it’s better for all of us not to be attached too much from negative people that will just suck the happiness out from us.

I learned to count my blessings and appreciate even the little things I have and it brings me a deeper sense of happiness.

It always makes me happy whenever I was able to extend my help to anyone most especially to those people who I know that are not capable and less fortunate without expecting something in return.

No one else has the power to make you feel small unless you give them that power. You are the only one who can create your happiness. The choice is yours. Choose Happiness. :)

Happiness in my opinion is knowing what you want. There are many source of happiness but for me it is anything that would make me smile. Small things, honest gestures or even a simple "hello" or "thank you", as long as it is spoken with sincerity makes me happy. Lately, I found out that contentment is really the key to true happiness, a worry free and stress free life. It is our choice and it is free, so I just have to load my heart and my mind with happy thoughts and memories.

hi! TERE here

Happiness could be internal or external. I object if say I am 100% happy, perhaps I don't understand what really happiness was, but I thank God giving me the time to be happy.

HAPPINESS depends on how you define it. It depends on the things you do to yourself and to others. For me, I am now 100% happy. Why? Because my family is still there, healthy and still kicking. ^_^. I have the stable job, I am enrolled in TCP where it can be my lead to become a LICENSETEACHER. Right now, I have this someone who makes me happy and complete. Above all things, God is always there for me. Guiding and supporting me all throughout. These things made me complete and contented. Contentment is the key to a 100% happiness in life. SO, Stay cool and be happy guys!!

I am 101% happy because I am alive and still kicking.
My grounds of being one is because I choose to be happy.
Happiness is a choice!

Sometimes we feel bad, sad, hurt.. but all along there is GOD, friends and family who helps us get through with everything.

I am willing to give my knowledge, time & love.
I am willing to share my passion & dedication.
A happy person can create a happy environment.
A happy person can build a better plan.

Happiness comes from within. It is all up to the person if he wants to be happy or live miserably. Everyday we have hundreds of reasons to be happy and vice versa. It will all boils down to how we want our days to end. My days are not always perfect but I always make sure that at the end of the day, I have accepted all the things that happened to me and feel happy they actually happened. I think happier are the people who learned to accept the kind of life they have or situations they are in.

Happiness is a choice.. so to become an extremely happy we should always remember that BEING HAPPY IS INTENTIONALLY, with a purpose LOVE YOUR WORK AND DO IT WITH PASSION, and most of all DON'T COMPLAIN. this is how life should be. Because when we are happy everything will be perfect. like a ripple effect.
